The inaugural endeavor of Reportage Properties was the creation of Leonardo Residences in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, which saw a successful completion in 2018. In a remarkable testament to its resilience, the company’s CEO, Islam Ahmed Suleiman, shared that Reportage Properties achieved sales surpassing AED 500 million since the inception of 2021, signifying a substantial surge compared to AED 165 million in the same period of 2020. The first quarter of 2021 alone witnessed sales of AED 369 million, a notable increase from AED 132 million in the corresponding period last year, indicating an impressive growth rate of 180%. Even amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the company’s robust performance and the allure of its projects persistently attract investors. Reportage Properties’ ongoing endeavors in Abu Dhabi comprise Al Maryah Vista, Al Raha Lofts 1, Al Raha Lofts 2, Diva, The Gate, Oasis Residence 1, and Oasis Residence 2. Similarly, their projects in Dubai encompass the Alexis Tower, Rukan Tower, Rukan Lofts 1, and Rukan Lofts 2.
