Damac Lagoons

DAMAC Lagoons is situated in the heart of Dubailand, directly across from DAMAC Hills on Hessa Street. Clusters:

1. Santorini

Launched: November 2021

Handover: October 2024

Blue & White. The ‘central core’ of the community will be the Santorini cluster. This cluster’s future residents will have their own exercise and wellness zone, complete with a climbing wall. Alternatively, watch a movie underneath the stars at the floating cinema on the lake.

2. Costa Brava

Launched: December 2021

Handover: December 2024

Beige and White accented with Blue and brickwork. The Costa Brava cluster introduces the Mediterranean Sea’s “wild coast” to the region. With ziplining, rock climbing, kayaking, paddle surfing, and wave riding, this “adrenaline hub” will attempt to replicate the “pulsating vibe” of Catalonia.

3. Nice

Launched: January 2022

Handover: June 2025

Pastel coloring. The ‘youth center’ in the Nice cluster will be for fitness enthusiasts, complete with bicycle paths and a skate park, while the beach area will be reminiscent of the French Riviera city.

4. Portofino

Launched: March 2022

Handover: August 2025

Work & Play. The Lagoons then makes its journey to Portofino, the ‘Ligurian Gem’. The ‘work & play center’ will be located here. Residents can hold business lunch meetings, team building events, and more at the waterside café, then relax by kayaking, sailing, or paddle surfing.

5. Malta

Launched: May 2022

Handover: December 2025

Culture & Science: play and learn – kid-friendly – scanning barcodes training learning places. Children have access to the ‘play and learn center’ in the Malta cluster’s ‘historic capital,’ which includes a sensory plaza, a discovery maze, a camping island, and an Augmented Reality (AR) nature path.

6. Venice

Launched: May 2022

Water Surfing Sports in Italy (Stone & Wood). In this cluster nicknamed the “Fun Hub”, romantic gondola excursions and waterside cafes tastefully depict the Venetian way of life.

7. Marbella

Launched: October 2022

Handover: June 2026

Ladies cluster. Andalusia has a ‘ladies hub’ where women can access a fully outfitted gym, spa, beauty salon, and meditation lounge, all just steps away from the shore.

8. Monte Carlo

Launched: November 2022

Handover: Q1 2026

9. Ibiza

Launched: January 2023

Handover: June 2026

10. Morocco

Launched: – May 2023

Green & White: Calm Tranquility, Serene Yoga Centers, and Yoga Gardens. The Morocco cluster will be the community’s “tranquility center,” mirroring Tangier’s old town. There will be infinity pools overlooking the lagoon, yoga meditation lawns, family cabanas, and other escapes.
